Understanding the legacy of those who followed the example of Saint Francis, living lives of heroic virtue, often in simple, hidden ways. Our Native American, Spanish, and other immigrants made many sacrifices for their faith and created beautiful architecture and artwork. They developed unique expressions of their faith that still inspire and can help to heal the wounds in our church.
